I really like what this article has to say. Most importantly, I’ve always struggled with maintaining both a healthy diet and an exercise regimen. Starting with one (the diet, while I’m still at home without access to gym equipment) and then easing into another once I’ve established a routine seems like a logical way to build a habit.
